Except it is not a flagrant fallacy to suggest that religions are not scientific. It's a simple statement of fact.
Science requires only believing in something when it's the best possible explanation and has evidence supporting it with minimal evidence against it.
There's nothing in the world around us that can only be explained by the existence of any God in the subatomic particles or the existence of stars and galaxies. In fact, there's plenty of better explanations than those.
Religious people come off as arrogant and ignorant here implying that religion is anything besides faith and there's any scientific argument at all that supports the existance of a diety.
